Founding Product Manager (AI Apps)

🎯 Role

As the Founding Product Manager for our AI Apps platform, you will define the product system that enables enterprises, individuals, and AI agents to rapidly build and launch learning experiences across iOS, Android, web, and MCP. The work is foundational: hundreds of enterprise apps in the pipeline, 100M+ learners in reach. (Think: Shopify + Loveable for EdTech).

Our platform must support fast iteration for partners while delivering polished, compliant apps at massive scale. This isn't a white-label template play. It's composable infrastructure for AI-native education: tutoring, gamification, assessments, and go-to-market engines that work across verticals. You'll set the benchmark for how AI-powered education is built worldwide.

🛠️ Sample projects could include…

• Vibe-coding a new learning mode and working with product teams to make your prototype production ready.

• Building a conversational interface that lets partners compose app experiences from flexible, reusable component primitives.

• Simplifying the end-to-end workflow for partners to manage, update, and deploy their apps with minimal friction.

• Designing a comprehensive component framework that spans use cases from test prep and certifications through language learning and tutoring.

• Improving subscription conversion rates by designing and testing personalized paywalls and pricing experiments.

• Driving "LearnKit," our new Apps SDK strategy that empowers third-party developers to build and launch their own education apps on our platform.

• Partnering with product and engineering teams to define and ship feature sets for a new learning agent type.

🤝 You might be a fit if you…

• Have 5+ years shipping consumer or B2B apps across iOS, Android, and web—ideally in education, productivity, or platforms.

• Think in systems: you spot patterns across use cases and design for reuse, not one-offs.

• Care deeply about craft—polished UI, intuitive UX, and delightful user journeys matter to you.

• Move fast and ship MVPs, but know when to invest in foundations that scale.

• Use data to inform decisions: you're comfortable with analytics, A/B tests, and growth metrics.

• Communicate clearly and proactively—you align teams, document decisions, and unblock progress.

• Thrive in ambiguity and get excited to define what "great" looks like in a new space.

• Can build end-to-end: you ship POCs yourself, from Figma mockups through working code in Cursor, and read SDK docs to know what's possible before looping in engineering.

• Have been a founder or founding team member at a startup.

💰 Compensation (California)

• Base salary range: $150,000–$200,000 USD

• Compensation is determined based on level, relevant experience, and scope of ownership.

• This role is open to candidates operating at Senior through Staff-level scope.

• Equity and benefits are offered in addition to base compensation.
