Say hello to Hub Copilot, your AI-powered assistant for delivering faster, smarter customer support. With real-time, personalized solutions, Hub Copilot helps you respond to customer needs more efficiently, reducing response times and boosting satisfaction.
To use, simply open Memorang Hub, click the AI star icon, and interact with Hub Copilot in the right panel. This tool simplifies support, giving you the answers you need, right when you need them.
Manually generating access codes one by one can be tedious, especially when you need many at once. To make this easier, EdSpace now offers bulk access code generation. Additionally, we've introduced access code creation for Scheduled Exam Assessments.
Instead of creating codes individually, you can now generate multiple codes with just a few clicks. Go to the Access Codes page in EdSpace, enter the necessary details, and specify how many codes you need. EdSpace takes care of the rest, saving you time and effort.
Having trouble finding specific sections or adjusting to a new interface? To make navigation easier, we're introducing two tools: CommandBar and Help Hub.
With CommandBar integration, you can quickly access features using natural language. Press "⌘ + K" and type what you're looking for—no need to search through menus.
Help Hub provides instant chatbot support, so you can get assistance without leaving the platform.

Need to evaluate shipping costs per product or analyze order trends more efficiently? EdSpace now offers Custom Views, allowing you to create personalized content displays based on your filters, sorting, and selected fields.
By tailoring Views to your needs and saving them, you can organize information more effectively and quickly retrieve the data that's most important to you.
To create a View, select your project in EdSpace, navigate to the desired page, apply your filters and sorting preferences, then create and name your View. You can easily access your saved Views later. This feature is available on the Products, Orders, Customers, and Access Codes pages.
Navigating through large amounts of information on screen can be overwhelming, especially when details for each record aren't easily accessible or require multiple clicks through different sections. EdSpace now has an improved user interface, making it easier to navigate between different sections like Order and Customer Details.
For instance, you can now jump directly to the Product Detail View from the User Detail View by simply clicking on the product name. This feature enables smoother access between related records without the need to exit and re-enter different views.

We've also transitioned to Material UI (MUI) for greater design flexibility and customization. This upgrade offers a smoother, more consistent experience than the native Retool UI, improving usability and navigation across the platform.

When people think about in-app purchases, they normally consider paywalls on your iPhone or Android app. In many cases, you might even consider Stripe. However, many of our customers have their own storefronts where they want to be able to sell physical and digital goods. Unfortunately, there are no such integrations to the App Store—until now. With the new e-commerce integrations, you can sell subscriptions to your native in-app purchase subscriptions on iPhone, Android, and web via access codes that are generated from any third-party e-commerce storefront like Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and others. Here's how it works:
